I'm looking for information on some old looking olympic weights I have found. They are deep dish and cast BEN OLYMPIC STANDARD on them. Any ideas??? I also got some INTERNATIONAL olympic plates that are cast like standard plates.

My buddy Jim said he got some of those around 20 years ago, and thinks they are Chinese made plates...

pittsburgh.craigslist.org/spo/2219468813.htmlVintage Deep Dish Olympic Weight plates - $100 (Irwin) Date: 2011-02-17, 11:59AM EST Reply to: sale-nze6s-2219468813@craigslist.org [Errors when replying to ads?] For the hard-core lifter only!! These plates screams "OLD SCHOOL!!!" (Can't you STILL hear it?) These plates are hard-to-find, heavy-duty, deep-dish style Olympic plates. The wide flanges make the plates easier to grip and safer to handle. (Your toes and floor will thank you.) The plates are made of high-density spun steel, not the cheaper cast-steel sets from China. (Plates made of cast-steel will crack or chip if dropped.) includes the following: 2 x 35lb 2 x 25lb 2 x 10lb 4 x 5lbs As you can see from the picture, everything is in very good shape. Come and get them!! * Location: Irwin * it's NOT ok to contact this poster with services or other commercial interests image 2219468813-0 image 2219468813-1 PostingID: 2219468813
